Hilcona Gourmet SA, an actor in the food industry was dealing with a damaged key component in one of its production line. The Countdown Company offered to setup a plan for saving the expensive molds. One of the main project constrain was the timing: since the production is on almost 24/7, the part availability for modification was critical and work had to be planned well in advance in coordination with the customer. The use of food industry compatible materials and the bad state of the damaged molds also constituted a challenge. Testing was realised by the customer directly on the running machine.
